Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business days Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that some hand-painted canvases, special-order items, and limited-availability products may require additional processing time. If an item is delayed, we will contact you with an update.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and destination.

Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Knotworthy Needlepoint is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. We are unable to issue refunds for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after confirmed delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with filing a carrier claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability. Additional shipments will not result in additional shipping charges unless otherwise communicated.
